Jimmy did a great job for us. He helped us buy the property and then was able to effectively help sell our story on the sell side. His knowledge of all things Charlotte - and in particular Myers Park/Eastover, gave us great comfort as we were sorting out price, messaging and the rest. And when we did run into occasional snags, he was able to rapidly find one of "Jimmy's Guys" to address our needs. Great job - we'd definitely use him again for buying or selling.
