Jimmy is an excellent realtor who takes the time to understand his clients’ needs in order to serve them best.I had the pleasure of working with him to purchase my first home. I was looking for quite a particular kind of Seattle condo. Jimmy went above and beyond, arranging many viewings extremely efficiently, so I could get a sense of the market and be confident about my purchase. He was also extremely knowledgeable about the ins and outs of real estate in Seattle, and I learned a great deal just talking to him. At offer time, he was extremely quick and responsive, which matters a lot in time-sensitive options. Ultimately, his professionalism and skill at effective negotiation won us an amazing deal for pretty much my ideal home. I felt like he was looking out for my interests the whole time.I’d highly recommend Jimmy for your real estate needs. He's extremely committed and wants the best outcome for you.
