This question is deceiving...it initially asks about our realtor, Jim, but then it asks if we'd recommend Encore Sotheby's. I would recommend Jim Schlueter, 100 out of 100 times...he's awesome. But, the Sotheby's name and brand doesn't mean anything to us. It doesn't provide me any value. It's all about the relationship, and Jim is the best. Jim is thorough and follows up early every time to make sure we have all of our documents and timelines correct. He's great about parsing the "legal" verbiage and presenting it in common sense, laymen's terms. Thanks so much to Jim - we couldn't have gotten this deal across the finish line without him.
