Jim, Just a quick note to thank you again for all of your help finding and purchasing the fractional ownership at Wrightsville Beach.  After making an offer on a different fractional ownership which was not accepted, you kept an eye out for other opportunities which led to us now being proud new owners at Wrightsville.  We really appreciate you making the extra effort to find another opportunity and bringing it to our attention.  We look forward to many years of great times with family and friends in our new place at the beach. Best, Duane & Gentry
