Jim helped us price our house, got it sold within 2-3 weeks with multiple offers and helped us find a great house. Jim is very knowledgeable and patient and is a pleasure to work with. He is prompt and keeps the process moving. We feel fortunate to have found a great advocate in Jim and would continue to work with him and refer him to all of our friends and family members who are in the market.
