Jim KNOWS the island. A long-time resident and knowledgeable realtor on Edisto Island. He served both the owner and the buyer (me) very professionally as a dual agent. He stayed on it and kept the process moving. Closing was smooth as silk. Best experience I've had in real estate since my first  house in 1984 (in three different states). If I were buying or selling at Edisto I would stay with Jim, I suggest you do too
