Although my transaction was held up in Escrow due to lender issues, Jim gave me almost daily updates and continually worked with the buyer's agent to move things along as quickly as possible. It was clear that the sale of my house was a priority for Jim. Jim's market understanding is frankly vastly superior to other local agents. While other's were saying that prices were going down and suggesting lower sale prices, Jim felt that the market data wasn't accurately showing the demand for entry-level houses in this specific micro-area.
