Jim originally sold this house to my mother-in-law almost 20 years ago and kept in touch with her over all the years. When we contacted him with questions about selling the home, he quickly did a market analysis. His knowledge of the property value and insight of current market conditions helped us move quickly which resulted in a very good full-price offer in one day. His professionalism, responsiveness and service made everything very easy and smooth. It was a pleasure working with him.
