Jim Dasouki made every effort to keep me comfortable, he always answered my questions and was always there when needed even during critical times and/or after hours. Given the circumstances of a pandemic, everything went better than expected. He is knowledgeable and wants to get the best deal for his clients. He always points out the pros and cons of the building and gets you thinking about other options as well. Although my purchase was complicated, Jim Dasouki made it easy for me. I will use Jim again, he comes highly recommended.
