The difference between Jill Hare and other real estate agents is the difference between looking and finding.  Two days after we started searching for our condo we found the perfect place.  Jill has a keen ability to sum up likes and dislikes, cut to the chase, and get there.  Plus her affable personality makes getting there fun.  Her negotiating on our behalf was hard-nosed and her recommendation of a top-notch attonrey to represent us was greatly appreciated.  What a nice experience!
