I’ve been in the military for close to 16 years, which has taken my family and me to six different places. In all those moves and after working with many realtors along the way, I can confidently say Jessica Thompson has been by far the best real estate agent I’ve worked with. I was referred to Jessica by another service member, and she helped us buy our home in the Augusta/Fort Gordon area while I was still stationed in Texas. Most of the process was done remotely, but not once did I doubt that everything was on track or that Jessica was looking out for my family. She did virtual tours, caught issues I would have never noticed from Texas or maybe even in person, helped us evaluate homes and neighborhoods, coordinated inspections and other parts of the process, and saved me multiple trips to Georgia. What impressed me most was that I never felt like Jessica was trying to sell us a house. She cared about helping us find the right home, even if that meant telling us not to buy one. After nearly 16 years of military moves, I can confidently say Jessica is the best realtor I’ve worked with. If you’re PCSing to Fort Gordon, using a VA loan, or looking for a real estate agent in Augusta, Grovetown, or the surrounding area, I would recommend Jessica without hesitation. I’ll absolutely use her again, she's the best realtor in the Augusta area.
