I began my house purchasing in 2017, with another Broker, but I was very overwhelmed, and under satisfied with their performance, knowledge and support. After I bought my first home, there was too much left I had to figure out , filling in the blanks alone. When I chose to sell and buy another home, Jessica O was recommended by a friend. She had already 99% of the answers I inquired about - and the 1% she didn't, she researched and collected to share with me, in the most quick and effective manner. I have been so impressed with Jess for many years. So much so, I've sold 2 homes, (2020, and 2025) and bought two homes (2020, and 2025) with her and the team she forms with each transaction. I highly suggest Jess to first home buyers, and those who've been in the buying and selling game for years. Jess is organised, and resposible. She listens, she is cooperative, she allows the client to take the lead while offering the best, most up to date information. Jessica is smart, knowlegeble, and current. I could not have asked for a better, more reliable agent. I've recommended her to everyone I've had conversations with about real estate. When I sell my current home, I will be working with her again, Guaranteed!!
