Jessica really impressed us with her work for three challenging property sales. She was our listing contract realtor, who obtained cash offers for all three properties within 24 hours after going public. We are out of state, and two properties were owned by our 92 year old mother who had to be moved to a care center during this, and we were challenged by age and health problems. We interviewed agents from 5 area brokerages before signing the listing contract with her. Jessica by far outshowed them with calmness, efficiency and professional skills to help us overcome issues of distance, aging and moving out our mother, while keeping all the processes on track to a smooth and rapid completion. Jessica got the full listing price for mom's two properties. Woods Realty did a fine job for us, and Jessica is a friendly, impressive realtor whom you can trust to do the best for you..
