Jen is definitely someone who knows her business.I had a house that was with a different realtor at first and it sat unseen and unsold for a while. I was getting desperate that I even thought of selling it to open door to get out of it. Finally a friend highly recommended Jen to me and I decided to give her a chance. She had a full asking price offer for me in the first open house she had (3 days after listing it, and which was also higher than what the original realtor had told me to expect.)throughout The process she kept us informed of everything that was going and how it was moving along. From offer to close it was about 30 days. Definitely someone who can work magic. I will def use her in the future for other real estate deals.
