Jennifer and Tim helped us sell our home and a second piece of land. They are ethical and understand the market much better than the folks from ERA who valued our home at 100k less than what my sister and I ended up with using Jennifer and Tim. My sister wanted to use ERA but we knew something was amiss there as soon as we heard MW’s numbers. I cannot recommend them more highly than 100k more in our pocket!
