From the bottom of our hearts, thank you, Jenn Herrmann, of Bainbridge Island Windermere Real Estate, for helping our daughter find her dream home!  Our daughter is a middle school science teacher, and was searching for her first home to purchase with financial help from us. Jenn went above and beyond, working with her to find that first home, explaining every step of the process from making the offer to managing closing details. Jenn did a great job working around her hectic teaching schedule, and together they really zeroed in on homes in neighborhoods that were ideal. We were so impressed with Jenn’s heart-felt guidance and how she expertly found the perfect home that met all our daughter’s wants and needs.   As parents, we were very invested in this milestone purchase, and were so pleased by the level of care and personalized attention Jenn provided our family throughout the process. Jenn not only helped our daughter find a beautiful home in the Mt. Baker neighborhood in Seattle, she additionally made the complex process of home buying inviting and understandable.  It is clear Jenn genuinely cares about our family as clients, and is adept at working with the particular needs of both helping parents and the next generation of newly minted home owners. We couldn't be happier with the outcome. Jenn proved she has the  knowledge, responsiveness, and savvy to navigate a multi-generation home purchase.  We highly recommend Jenn Herrmann as your realtor, if you are considering helping your adult children purchase their first home.
