Jenifer Wolz acted as both the buying and selling agent for my wife and I. She was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. Our FHA appraisal was complicated but she went above and beyond to work with us, the lender, and all parties involved. Jenifer was able to make my wife and I relaxed throughout the process, knowing she was able to help us navigate all aspects of the home buying and selling process. In the end, we closed on the buy and sell with a better outcome than we could have expected. My wife and I highly recommend Jenifer and Berkshire Hathway for anyone looking to buy or sell a home!
