I don't even know where to start. Jen was phenomenal! Her partner, Maria, had a family emergency the day we were supposed to meet and Jen was immediately available to meet with us. We ran into quite a few new scenarios while under contract that Jen hadn't run into. She was patient and very communicative with us through the whole process.
