Jen has a personality that makes a person feel comfortable. It is easy to ask questions when viewing a place of interest and Jen is very thorough in answering those questions. Having purchased different properties under Jen's guidance, I have full confidence in her abilities to get things completed and it is a feeling of just ask Jen and things will be done. There is no doubt that Jen keeps up to things that may change, or new rules, etc. Jen is excellent at what she does in the real estate market.
