Jeff was a pleasure to work with.  We were buying from out of state and even though my wife was raised in Sarasota and we’ve been visiting for 30 years, we had lots of questions.  Jeff answered them all and most importantly he listened and quickly narrowed in on what worked for us. Jeff made the closing easy, solved the inevitable problems that crop up, and continued to offer assistance even after the close.  Jeff was recommended to us and we will certainly recommend him to our friends.
