I contacted Jeffrey F. Barry, Senior Loan Officer at CMG Financial/Mortgage, about a year ago when I was considering purchasing a new home. Although I am not located where he is located in the State of Oregon, I am familiar with his area and had worked with his Company in the past and before he was there. (This was my 3rd or 4th transaction with CMG.) I found him professional, knowledgeable and personable. He was very patient and worked with my situation until which time I had decided, in the current financial climate, what would be my best plan of action. Ultimately, I applied to Refinance my home in order to increase it’s value, by doing some renovations. I decided I would wait for interest rates to stabilize, then reevaluate a possible move in 3-5 years. All the paperwork was filed in a timely manner and the estimated closing date was achieved right on target. He and his Staff at CMG Financial/Mortgage were integral to everything flowing as it should, in an accurate and timely manner and watching for all the important details that can sometimes surprise people. The estimated costs were very close to the final costs which is always a great relief! I am very grateful that I now have a plan for the future and someone dependable to call when the time comes once again. Thank you, Jeffrey Barry and Staff of CMG Financial/Mortgage! L.
