Jeff did a great job helping us assess what needed to be done to sell our house. He was very aware of the market and priced our home correctly. He was always involved and kept checking the market to see if we needed adjustments. He was very prompt on getting us in the first 24 hours to see the condominium we purchased. He also suggested we make a lower offer. This assured us a fair price for our new place!
