JAY SELLS JASPER IS MORE THAN JUST A SLOGAN!! Jay sells Jasper is what we saw on a billboard. Really? Prove it was our next thought. We reached out to Jay Barrett when we decided to list our Jasper home. Jay came to our house and met with us for 2 hours within one day of contacting him.We were very nervous to sell because we knew we had a "unicorn" property. This property was on the market for well over 6 months prior to us buying it. Jay was no nonsense and told us up front that he could sell our house. He had a marketing strategy and he knows how to determine a fair asking price. At the end of the 2 hour meeting we knew we had made the right decision! We received multiple offers and our house was under contract in less than 48 hours from the listing date. We were shocked, thrilled and terrified at the same time. Now we had to find a place ASAP!This is where Jay demonstrated his true value as a realtor. He was able to communicate our situation with the buyers and the buyers were gracious in extended our timeline to find our new home.We could not be happier with this experience. Jay's marketing strategy worked brilliantly. We are thrilled for the new owners and are very happy in our new home.Jay claims to "Sell Jasper".We can tell you first hand that no truer words have been on a realtor's billboard. If you need to sell a home in the Jasper area feel free to interview any realtor you choose but...understand this, Jay did exactly what he said he could do and in 48 hours! He and his team are 100% dedicated to his clients and he goes above and beyond to get the job done.Thank you Jay for everything.
