This recommendation is long overdue! Javila has worked (hard!) as our real estate agent for over 4yrs. We’ve bought and sold 3 properties with her already. She’s simply THE best. Javila has a myriad of experience, knowledge and expertise. She has a gift of reading others while executing their needs. She gives her time, patience and is always there for you. Javila has a wonderful team that works hard for you. There is no one else I’d choose to help me navigate this wild Seattle market. She works extremely hard and knows how to scintillate the process.
