We loved the way Jatin managed the end to end process for us, starting from creating a customised profile to tailor a search criteria as per our needs. Also settling us down by encouraging us to ask any number of questions in a - No Question Is A Silly Question- approach. We were unclear about the process while putting in the offer but Jatin guided us through it step by step and gave us visibility on what will happen next… even in the negotiations phase he counselled us if we should increase offer or not and if yes why or even why not. Overall as a first home buyer, very happy with the purchase journey.
