Highly recommend Jared and his wife Clarissa to anyone wanting to buy a house in Idaho. My husband and I drove from California with our 5month old to find a home and the only reason that trip did not go to waste is because of them. We initially had a different agent who set us up for failure and left us to fend for ourselves knowing how far we had traveled. Luckily, we happened to meet Jared at an open house and immediately he showed that he was not only welcoming but knowledgeable. Knowing our situation he really put in the effort to help us find a home. It was because of his effort that we decided to extend our stay a couple days. It was because of his effort that we left having accomplished our goal of finding a home and starting the process to buy it. Clarissa stayed on top of everything so that it went as smoothly as possible. Any questions we had, she had or got the answer to. Overall, they are hardworking, understanding, kind, and personable. Definitely a power couple. My husband and I are so grateful to have met and worked with them. Anyone would be lucky to do so as well.
