Simply the best firm (and agent in Janice Manzi) for buying or selling a home in the greater Philadelphia area. We have worked with Janice and Elfant Wissahickon on multiple occasions to buy and sell. Janice has a strong handle on the market per se, provides direct and honest advice and feedback and knows how to close. She has the unique ability to make what could be a stressful life event into a smooth well managed process.
