Janet Brand is a true professional. Outstanding in her field. From the very first meeting, her enthusiasm and Real Estate knowledge were apparent. Janet recommended great ideas for the house as we prepared it for sale. The ideas were definitely a factor in the house being sold. We could not have done it without her experience. She went above and beyond in guiding us through the entire process. Janet priced the house right and completed the sale Quickly. I can't say enough about Janet, she was outstanding and truly wonderful to have done business with. Thank you, Janet,
