Why Are You Reading This? Probably because you are in the market to buy or sell a home. Yes? Since most people only do this once or twice in a lifetime, choosing the right agent to work with you is extremely important. Buying or selling a home is a very personal thing, and it is one of the biggest, if not the biggest investment you will make, both financially and emotionally. Who Do You Want to Help You? You want an agent that you like, and one you can trust with the important details of the process. Someone who will be as invested in you and the process of buying or selling your home as you are. And of course you’ll want an agent that is really in the business of real estate, one who works full time with buyers and sellers daily, and who has their finger on the pulse of the market. But How Will You Know if You’ve Found the Right Agent? It is beneficial to meet with any potential agent, ask questions and compare. If You Are A Seller: Let me share my list of Questions that you as a seller should ask before listing your home for sale. These are questions I would want my mother to ask of agents she was interviewing (if I wasn’t in the business!) And these are questions I look forward to answering and discussing with you. If You Are a Buyer: Sit down with an agent (me of course) and ask them questions – what do you need to do to be ready to purchase a home, what is the process, and how will they help you through that process? Let me share with you my Buyer’s Packet with loads of information that will help us get the home you want! Here Are Some Do’s…and one Don’t! Do you feel comfortable with the agent? Do you like the person? Do they know the answers to your questions, and follow up with you on the one’s they don’t? Don’t hesitate to start the process, even before you are actively looking for a home, and “interview” any agent that might be representing you in this important life transaction. Most importantly – what does your gut say? Why Me? I consider myself your strategic partner. My goal is to listen and focus on meeting your needs as well as make the process as easy as possible for you. As your agent, I will work on your behalf, and advocate for YOU and only you! Let’s Get Together As you go about the process of selecting an agent to help you buy or sell your home, I invite you to contact me – let’s get together and introduce ourselves. You can share your circumstances, goals and desires. I can then provide information, guidance and support to help you make the best choices. Go Ahead…Check Me Out! You can check me out on my website: homesbyhaynes.com and pretty much all social media. I look forward to meeting and serving you!
