James was the best realtor I've used to date. He listened carefully to understand what we were looking for and then found it. He always responded in a timely manner to our requests. He understands construction, what will typically be found in an older Philly rowhouse, and steered us to quality companies for mortgage, inspections, and contractors. He brought good energy to every meeting. I can highly recommend him!!!
