One night in April of 2014 a friend of mine was in need of a realtor to help guild him and his family through the sale of their deceased mom's property. Without hesitation the first person who came to mind was Jaime Neves. I’ve know Jaime for a few years now and through that time I have found Jaime to be an honest man and very knowledgeable in the real estate market, not to mention he is genuinely a good guy. Selling a home is difficult to say the least but when a key figure in the family passes away and it is the children are left to sell their childhood home it can get very emotional. I watched Jaime navigate his way through many weeks and months working with the family, Jaime was incredible sensitive and caring during the entire process. From the beginning and throughout the closing process, Jaime was always on top of it, and he was quickly available when the kids had questions. He patiently and knowledgeably walked them through the entire selling process. No matter how big or small the situation was Jaime was their alongside this family as if it was his own. I was very impressed with the delicateness that Jaime Neves showed to this family throughout their difficult time.. It was much later in the year when the family finally decided it was time to list the property and again Jaime was on top of the situation he made sure that all marketing and staging were done with great detail and all deadlines were met, he tirelessly stayed on top of the process, even throughout the Christmas holiday. The reward came when the home sold for over $100k over asking… Wow, Its true when selling or buying a home you really need an expert and Jaime Neves at Intero Real Estate Services is just that an EXPERT! In closing, I appreciated Jaime’s constant calmness, solid good work and dedication to get the job done from start to finish. I would highly recommend Jaime Neves to anyone looking to sell or buy and home! Thanks again Jaime!!! "
