I’ve had the pleasure of working with Jacob on two purchases and one sale over the last seven years. Jacob has fantastic attention to detail and his expertise was invaluable throughout these transactions. He’s particularly strong at negotiating and managing the nuances of communication with the other side of the transaction. I particularly appreciate his knowledge of the Burlington market and the high-end price point of the homes we dealt with. End to end Jacob was always quick to respond to his questions. I know I’ll be calling Jacob when I need my next real estate transaction supported.
