Jackie was really responsive and attentive to us, and she never rushed us or tried to pressure us in one way or another. She was really lovely to deal with. We were first-time homebuyers, and the process was confusing, but Jackie never minded us calling with more questions. She was cheerful and helpful and encouraged us to wait for the right house.
