There are many qualities and skills that go into being an excellent real estate professional - integrity, in-depth community and market knowledge, marketing savvy, effective negotiation skills and a high-quality professional network, all of which are hallmarks of how I work. That said, in my experience as a Breckenridge, Keystone, Dillon, Frisco, Silverthorne and Copper Mountain real estate professional, I've also found that providing the very best service is essentially about putting my clients first. This means keeping myself accessible, being a good listener as well as a good communicator, and responding quickly to your needs. This "client first" philosophy has always been my approach and it requires me to continually improve my skills and ways of doing business. In addition, I've found that the latest technologies are enabling me to do everything I've always done, only much more quickly and efficiently. They've also helped me to extend the range of services I provide to my clients. When you decide that you'd like to buy or sell a home in the Dillon, Keystone, Breckenridge, Copper Mountain, Frisco, Summit Cove, Silverthorne, Wildernest areas, please contact me. Jack Carpenter is a gem of a sharp diamond to have on board as a Realtor. Jack can either talk the nitty gritty of Summit County real estate with you, or do the same while driving around showing properties or meeting up with you at properties. But I will say this, Jack works closely with all his potential Buyers To-Be. Jack was always up front when it came to answering any and all of our questions we had on the property in question. If Jack didn't have an answer right then and there, he assured you that he would get back to you with an answer and he did just that!
~ Jack definitely went above board to keep us on track for our Contract's Due Diligence Dates which continuously rolled on quickly during the Contract Offer period thus establishing Jack was quick to notify us when the Seller accepted our Offer! No waiting until the next day to inform us, he'd place a phone call or text that early evening to let you know the "Good News" that the Buyer accepted our Offer! Jack let no time get by and went immediately to planning, scheduling and setting up all the Contract Offer Due Diligence Dates around the Closing Date the next morning which arrived at our In Box by mid afternoon.
Jack handled our smooth purchase with his magic wand allowing our Closing to take place near our home of record with a nearby Land Title Company for practicality purposes. Though Jack has a quiet but businesslike demeanor, however, when it comes to talking about and showing property, he enjoys it immensely! Jack knows his business! Jack's workmanship and direct mannerisms behind the scenes accentuate his deep real estate knowledge and overall business at hand inside and out. His excellent guidance was given when negotiations arose on the Seller's counter offer and Jack was strictly professional as he worked diligently and pragmatically with us in determining our next step.
~ Jack's "the Man" who knows how to read his client Buyers To-Be on the aspects of purchasing real estate, as in our case, our second summer/winter home back again in the mountains of Summit County. Though I will say, it did ease our minds from having known Jack from a previous Summit County purchase and sale, we were very pleased to work with Jack again this second time around! Couldn't have asked for a better real estate gentleman to be a part of our Buyer To-Be team from start to finish when making this Summit County purchase!Thank you Jack and Slifer Smith & Frampton Real Estate of Summit County
