It was a pleasure working with Irit Granger. This was the 3rd time I put my house on the market. After 2 bad experiences with other Brokers including going to contact and having the Buyers back out at the last minute , Irit was a breath of fresh air. She was highly recommended by a friend who told me that if Irit handles your home, it will sell within a week. And that’s exactly what happened. Within 1 week I had not 1 offer, but 2. Irit is truly a professional. She worked with me and listened to me, I knew with her, I was in good hands. She even made the sale happen at a distance while in London England and always kept me in the loop. Irit did an exceptional job. I’m very thankful that I had her representing me and my home.
