Ilsa is simply the best. She is an expert realator on all sides. She comes out to review the property, gives advice on what needs to be done to sell the house, provides in depth cma’s and explains what the value of each upgrade/ change is worth, knows the seasonal market hot times, brings professional photographers and expert attorneys, is extremely prompt, reviews the house prior to listing to ensure its complete, markets the house aggressively using traditional methods along with social media (new ways), reviews all showings and offers and gives feedback immediately, with offers is an expert negotiator, once offers are accepted she is extremely thorough to ensure it gets to closing and updates as the process progresses. Up to closing and day of closing checks with all parties to ensure nothing is missing or needed. Ilsa is the best I been an investor for about 20 years and was completely amazed by her knowledge and diligence best transaction I have ever had. When buying or selling a house I strongly recommend her she will exceed all your expectations. If you are new to Chicago she knows the city and has numerous contacts to make your move stress free.
