We are so glad that we decided to work with Ida to buy our 1st home. The whole process was brand new to us and more complicated since we were shopping from out of state. Ida taught us so much about real estate and was a tremendous resource throughout the entire process. We truly felt like she had our backs and her only goal was to help us find the right home. We fully trusted Ida every step of the way and enjoyed the weekend we spent touring Kitsap county with her. She has tons of local knowledge and is diligent, efficient and an all around pleasure to work with. I have already recommended her to 2 friends looking to buy soon.
