We had a wonderful experience working with Hicks while purchasing our home in Georgia from out of state. From the very beginning, he was incredibly responsive, easy to communicate with, and always willing to help.Being several states away could have made the process much more stressful, but Hicks consistently went above and beyond, often helping us with things that were well outside the normal scope of what we would expect from a realtor. He was always willing to step in, answer questions, check on things for us, and help keep the process moving. On top of being knowledgeable and dependable, Hicks has a great personality and is genuinely enjoyable to work with. We truly appreciated having someone local we could rely on throughout the entire process. We would absolutely recommend Hicks to anyone looking to buy or sell in Georgia, especially anyone navigating a purchase from out of state. Thank you for everything, Hicks!
