Hessam Maghsoudi, also known as Sam was referred to us by my sister and we are very thankful for all of his help. He was always on time and he brings so much positive energy. We are first time home buyers so we really needed someone that we could trust and depend on. Sam met all of our needs and exceeded our expectation. He genuinely cares about his clients. Not only have we found a great real estate agent, but we also found a good friend.
