Our experience with Helen was nothing short of outstanding! If on a rating system of 1-5 stars, I would double that amount of stars! She was very knowledgeable about the area, the local real estate market and entire transaction process start to finish. As nervous home buyers, we really relied on her to help guide us through the process. At every step along the way she was our trusted adviser. Very personable and patient as she helped us through the various stages, providing as much or as little detail as we wanted. We have a couple of small children and as a result, needed a little more flexibility in scheduling house tours or meetings. Helen was always willing to work within our schedule, and at times even kept our kids occupied so we could walk through a house unencumbered. At the end, our closing got delayed due to issues with financing and things got a bit hairy, but she always remained calm while helping us through what could have been such a stressful time. All of this and I haven't even mentioned the awesome friend we've gained! Our kids just adore her !
