Helen Loiacono was our realtor for both finding a house and selling our home. She was very knowledgeable and easy going and great to work with. She found a new home for us and made sure we got all the things we were looking for in the new home. She was instrumental in selling our home. We followed the recommendations she made in getting the house ready for sale. This definitely added to the market value of our house. She provided the staging for our house which also greatly helped in the selling of our home. Attached is a picture of the house we sold. We followed her painting guidelines for the house and it looked much better. She was a pleasure to work with and I will be recommending her to any of my friends that will be looking for a house in the future.
