Heidi provided outstanding service during the recent sale of our parents‘ home. At each stage, she listened to our ideas and questions and responded with patience, warmth and respect. She outlined her sales and marketing objectives clearly and walked us through the whole process ahead of time so that we knew what to expect. She offered up many creative ideas and solutions and recommended some solid professional sources for staging and updating the house in order to get it market ready. Heidi was always quick to respond to our calls and emails. We ended up with multiple offers and sold over asking. She definitely exceeded our expectations in every way, and we would highly recommend her real estate services.
