Heidi was highly professional and provided exceptional service. Her recommendations regarding staging and renovations were particularly helpful. She had a very good sense of what would and would not provide a return on investment. I was particularly impressed with the manner in which she dealt with a buyer with unrealistic expectations. The original offer was a mess, and 'off market'. Heidi pushed back in a manner which permitted us to settle on reasonable terms without offending our buyer. The value added was impressive. I would strongly recommend her services.
