Heather Sniffen of Michael Saunders was our buying and selling agent.  We worked with her for a year and a half once we decided to move to Florida full-time.  She was very patient (no pressure at all) with our changing timeline, listened carefully, and responded appropriately (whether we were near or far) to our needs and desires for a new home.
