I found myself unexpectedly having to sell my house and relocate during the height of the COVID pandemic and I needed someone to take charge. And the crazy part of all this was it took place during the COVID crisis.  Heather really listened to me; she was able to gently, but firmly, keep me on the right track.  There were times where I had forgotten to eat and Heather showed up with some much needed nourishment.
