Heather is the best. She closed a deal for me and my wife we thought would never ever get done and she did it with ease. Not once but twice ! I had purchased several properties in my life with the wrong realtor. Never again, now I only us Heather ! I had a 65 year old retired realtor who was doing my appraisal on my new cottage look my right in the eyes and say how the heck did you pull this off? I smiled and said Heather Ritchie did it ! :)
