For better and worse, we are experienced home buyers and sellers. Working with Heather was the absolute best sellers experience. From the beginning, Heather takes a very detailed approach to understanding the house, the improvements, the neighborhood, and all facets that contribute to the value of the property. Additionally, she is very thorough in analysis and selection of appropriate comparison properties, carefully choosing relevant factors that help in pricing. Heather does a wonderful job in communicating the process throughout and managing expectations, and she brings a network of skilled tradesmen to ready the property for market. We also found Heather’s professional network is extensive in the real estate community, as she was able to sell our house before going to market with multiple offers. From start to finish, she was willing to help in any way we needed, and we are incredibly grateful for the opportunity to work with Heather Hicks.
