Heather helped us purchase our dream house in a competitive market, winning out over three other offers. It wasn't just our offer price, but her connections, understanding of what makes a good offer, quick responsiveness and setting us up as serious buyers that will be easy to work with by scheduling an inspection immediately and staying in touch with the selling agent up until offers-due day. 10/10 would recommend.
