It was a referral from a family member's agent to a colleague familiar and working the area of interest. Guy and Roddy as well were professional and easy to work with. They gave insight and opinion into the particulars of the situation, the pros and cons of it all and at no time did i sense any frustration or pressure to act on anything. I felt that i indeed was the patron and at the same time felt that i enjoyed them as my agents.
