Guilherme is one of the nicest person I’ve met. Very patient, knowledgeable, caring and professional. He has a extensive understanding of the South Florida Real Estate market, therefore providing the right strategy for his buyers. Moreover, he will guide first time home buyers, investors and foreigners moving or having a “home away from home”. It is with great pleasure that I write this recommendation note. My wife and I fully recommend Guilherme and trust him with all our real estate needs. Thank you, Gui, for always taking good care of our family and for being a great friend. Antonio Primo
